Fees

If the home does not sell

If the home has not sold by the time the loan is due, repayment options may extend for six additional months at a 16% APR.

Loan payback

Titus monitors listing status and sends a payoff invoice directly to the closing agent so the balance can be paid through the closing statement.

Eligible uses
